The final chapter of this programming was 22 years ago, so the return will be with considerable content: two seasons on Hulu.
The news was announced thanks to Rob Paulsen, an actor who participated with his voice in the Animaniacs series.
In an interview with the medium ComicBook, the actor who plays Yakko revealed that the animation studio is working on bringing Pinky and Cerebro in the “reboot he is preparing”.
He assured that this will be a new stage for the series and the story of Pinky and the Brain, which is expected to air on September 14 of this year.
Likewise, Rob Paulsen reported that Maurice LaMarche will continue to give Cerebro a voice.
Animaniacs is an animated series that was first broadcast in 1993, written by Gordon Bressack and produced by Steven Spielberg, it was considered the most-watched series of the 90s. Its success lay in its adult humor, a feature that attracted an audience of different ages.
The stars of the show were: Yakko, Wakko, Dot, Pinky and Cerebro. However, due to the success of the mice, a special series was made for these characters.
